Information on staying at the conference center

The arrival should take place in good time so that the seats can be taken in an orderly manner or the check-in can take place.

Please disinfect your hands at the entrance and observe the walking routes and distance rules that are marked on the floor.

In order to avoid crowds at the cloakroom, the jackets can be taken into the room.

Hygiene requirements

The signposted hygiene rules on site must be observed and followed.

The distance to other participants must be maintained. If possible, we ask you to choose an alternative exit if there is a rush to an exit. Larger rooms usually have at least 2.

  • Hand disinfectant dispensers are especially available at the entrances and exits.

  • Regular ventilation of all rooms

  • Cleaning of the building according to the cleaning schedule. In addition, objects and surfaces that are touched are disinfected before and after each event.

If possible, registration will be carried out for participation. This means that chains of infection can be traced. In addition, each participant must fill out a contact tracing form on site or the organizer will send a list of all participants including addresses.

The maximum number of people in the room must not exceed the following people in order to guarantee the distance of 1.5 m from person to person:

Blaubeurer Alb: 344 guests
Blautopf: 100 guests
Schöne Lau: 26 guests
Blaufels: 25 guests
Große Grotte: 25 guests
Kleine Grotte: 15 guests
Rusenschloss: 12 guests

Wolkenschloss: 12 guests
Glasfels: 6 Personen
Weißer Jura: 6 Personen

The rooms will be seated at a distance of at least 1.5 m from person to person. If desired and possible in the room, the distance can be increased.

3G / 2G proof

Testing is mandatory for unvaccinated or recovered people. The organizer is responsible for ensuring that all participants comply with the 3G/2G regulation.

Hand hygiene

Hand disinfectant dispensers are available throughout the house. Please use this for your protection and ours.

Unless it is explicitly a 2G event, wearing a face mask is mandatory throughout the conference center. The exception to this is sitting in one place.

Depending on the number of participants, we offer a plate service. At the buffet, the employees of the conference center will issue them or the guests must use disposable gloves. The minimum distance of 1.5 m must be observed.

Flyers with general protective measures (hand hygiene, sneezing labels, staying at home if you have symptoms of illness, etc.) are hung up in the building in a visible manner. We ask you to comply with the requests.

A very good ventilation system is installed in 8 out of 10 conference rooms. This regulates the ventilation automatically. We get the exact supply air, exhaust air, air volume and even the CO2 content as a ppm value. Two conference rooms (“Schöne Lau” + “Blaufels”) have no ventilation. In these rooms, the conference center and the organizer agree before the start of the event that windows must be ventilated regularly and well. During the breaks, all windows are opened for a longer period of time.

Please stay at home if you have any signs of illness that indicate an infection with the coronavirus. These include, in particular, a dry cough, fever, shortness of breath, loss of smell/taste, headache and body aches or general weakness.

If a person is seen displaying any of the above listed signs, they are urged to seek medical advice.

Physical contact and the use of objects that are used by several people should be avoided.

All visitors are required to disinfect items before use.

All visitors are required to keep a distance of 1.5 meters.
